Heath T. Davis

Heath T. Davis is an experienced attorney who has been practicing law since 2005. Born and raised in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he brings a strong connection to the local community and a deep understanding of the legal landscape.  He proudly serves clients throughout Creek, Tulsa, and Rogers Counties, as well as surrounding areas.

Mr. Davis focuses his practice on family law, representing clients in matters involving divorce, child custody, child support, protective orders, guardianships, and adoptions. He is committed to helping families and individuals navigate some of life’s most difficult transitions with empathy, compassion, and strength. Understanding the emotional and financial challenges these cases can bring, he works closely with each client to provide clear guidance, steady support, and practical solutions at every stage of the process. At the same time, he is a strong and strategic advocate in the courtroom, prepared to assertively protect his clients’ rights and pursue the best possible outcomes.

Mr. Davis spent ten years practicing exclusively domestic litigation with an international family law firm, where he oversaw multiple attorneys and managed a high volume of cases. This leadership experience, combined with decades of legal practice, allows him to deliver knowledgeable and effective representation tailored to each client’s needs.

In addition to his family law practice, Mr. Davis has experience in corporate litigation, providing him with a well-rounded legal background and a strategic perspective in a variety of cases.

He earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Tulsa College of Law and holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern State University.
